the VHF one I assume since I can't find an HF one.
VHF one worked just fine on a Mac, but you have to download the file  
and then import to iCal.
I believe the link on the page is intended to install the calendar for  
you (although I haven't checked the code), you could try right  
clicking the link and choosing 'Download Linked File' or whatever the  
equivalent is. Then importing it into Outlook (assuming you're using  
that)
