[UK-CONTEST] Oceania Contest Thoughts - Thanks for your input!

A hearty "Thank You" to everyone that sent some thoughts on the Oceania contest to me. They made for interesting reading and tended to back-up my own experiences (I originate from the UK) and observations on the bands.

With the onset of a spotty sun, hopefully the contest will change in the UK mindset and become a bit more 'accessible'.
