[UK-CONTEST] Deliberately Corrupting call signs.

Only if the culprit repeated this tactic (was he tracked while S&Ping?) to 
allow for a one-off error or aberration. Is the 'evidence' solid, m'lud? Is 
he a CDXC member - if Gordon doesn't want to "name & shame" him then maybe 
report him to Committee, with chapter & verse.
