[UK-CONTEST] SSTV etc

As an alternative why not change the contest preferred segment? Make CC 
SSB contiguous from 3600 to 3725. Same occupied bandwidth and makes it 
simple for non-contester (and contesters) to understand. It also avoids 
SSTV.
