I don't have a problem with people who want a card for a genuine reason, 
e.g. new band/mode or whatever.  But what really gets my goat are those 
who want a card for every QSO, ever!
I am very happy to respond to requests.  For bureau cards, e-mail 
requests are my preference.  The advantage being that the people 
requesting a card don't have to wait for me to receive them first and I 
don't have to put them in the recycling bin afterwards!
