Thanks Paul.
I wasn't aware that there was no longer a minimum RS(T) requirement. I
thought it used to be 337. This means that my one and only QSO with P29 now
counts. He gave me Q5 and S0 because I wasn't moving his S Meter!

On the contrary, the minimum requirement for a valid QSO
is the 2-way exchange and acknowledgement of callsigns.
It may not be generally known or accepted yet, but it
is nevertheless a fact that no signal reports of any
kind are needed on QSLs for DXCC.
