LOTW does not record RST reports.   If you download your log back from 
LOTW you will see that it does not contain RST reports.   I 
inadvertently lost my ZB2 log and downloaded it back from LOTW and there 
were no RTS reports in the ADIF file which i had uploaded to BV7...
