Exactly Tom.
If I were in a QRP or 100W section, my target would be to do as best as I could in that section.
Our station set up is also irrelevant. We were in teh Multiop high Power section; so we put up the best antennae that we could - in order to be as competitive as we could !

I don't think Dave was kicking sand in anybody's face. I'm sure there
is a QRP section, where QRP stations are ONLY competing against other
stations in the SAME scetion. How other stations care to take part is
their choice......
