Food for thought

Interested readers will have seen that Stewart GM4AFF provided a breakdown of the Licence years from his EUHFC CW only log, in an earlier post I provided the breakdown from my EUHFC SSB only Log.

The 4 decades with the highest number of q's from each log are as follows:

GM4AFF    85% of total q's between 1960's and 1990's  
1960's - 18%
1970's - 27%
1980's - 26%
1990's - 14%

G3VAO    89% of total q's between 1970's and 2000's
1970's - 17%
1980's - 25%
1990's - 24%
2000's - 22%

Of course only 2 logs is hardly a decent sample size but does this suggest that the newer licence holders are not so interested in CW?
