Guess you are looking for these for ClubLog?

The 1995 Callbook has a list of the 3-letter county codes (which I will 
gladly scan and send if needed). It lists all the suffixes that you 
mentioned in your response to Chris. But is does not include PEM or TAU. For 
the CW event, there were several "other" suffixes that did not relate to 
counties ("CW" and "QSO" were 2 of them). Perhaps PEM and TAU are the same?
