[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 2nd 1.8 MHz Results

I can see guys with amplifiers in this contest trying at first to work
in the 10KHz of SSB spectrum that the licence allows 400 watts and then
when QRM gets too much moving above 1850KHz but leaving the amplifier on
to remain competitive with those remaining below 1850. The new contest
rules encourages the use of QRO above 1850. Some will say what is new as
the CQ WW rules have been doing that for years.
