[UK-CONTEST] Individual Short Contest Callsigns

Mike,
I think there are quite a few more Contests that maybe have the 'status' 
required
whereby a short contest call could be allowed. How often does the list get
reviewed & other Contests considered to be added to the list of 'valid 
contests'?
