[UK-CONTEST] G3RVM

As a sub-bureau manager I find it disappointing that anyone should refuse to
give a little pleasure to those who request a QSL card. It is selfish to
only consider your own DXCC score - QSLing is much more than just collecting
points for awards. If you can't be bothered then appoint a QSL Manager.

However, once having decided to ignore the wishes of those who've provided
the pleasure of a QSO then at least go to the trouble (one e-mail) of
letting your sub-bureau manager know and ask him to destroy the cards, as
Ian has now done.
