The CORRECT way is to earth each cable at the point they enter the  
building. If as Andy is doing you use Andrew cables. The earth kits to fit the  
cable can be purchased. I have even at times seen them at radio rallies for  
sale! You should also earth the cables on the tower too. But I am no going off 
 subject! I have spent many happy hours freezing in the middle of winter 
fitting  earth kits to cable. Oh Happy days! Back to backs are not my 
preferred  method ldf 5-50 would stress them rather a lot!
