Hi Ed,
It is really good that we have a team qualifying for WRTC again and I,
like many others, would like to wish them the best of luck in the IARU
Contest.
Do you have a 'brief' on the likely propagation and what are perceived
as the best times to change bands to work the G to Moscow path?
