Yes, it's good that UK involvement is higher this time.

I don't have any specific information, but RadCom suggests
that Moscow should be available through most daylight hours
on 20m, about 1800-dawn on 40m, and best around 2200-0200 on
80m, as you might expect.  There is no propagation shown for
15m, but I would be surprised if the band didn't open at
some time during the day, although we could be unlucky.  As
for 10m -- the band can sometimes surprise us -- hope for
the best!
