[UK-CONTEST] RSGB IOTA Contest - short contest calls

My interpretation is that the list of contests that are permissible for 
short calls is not about entry category but which contest you can use a 
SCC. Therefore CW only and SSB only entry is OK as well as CW & SSB. 
Otherwise it would also have to state which power categories as well.
