Very little activity on 4m (and any other VHF/UHF bands for that  matter.  
Which is one reason why I moved to the Lincolnshire Wolds!
 
Rarely work JO03 on any band!
 
Still I manage to work a few stations at distance which helps !
 
Yes please put 4m trophy well away from main Es season then it will become  
a sort of level playing field again.  
 
Not sure how much longer I can keep on top of the lists as getting older  
and older (frailer and senile as well to boot).  However will continue as  
long as I am able.
