[UK-CONTEST] RSGB Log Uploader accepting late entries.

I notice that a group has just submitted a log for VHF NFD, four days after entry has closed.

Wouldn't it make sense for the log uploader not to accept entries after the closing date?  Especially on a big contest like that which already allows three weeks for entry.  With computer logging being the norm I'm sure it doesn't take three weeks to prepare an entry.
