[UK-CONTEST] Results of 2009 IARU 50MHz Contest --- thanks!

You need to hunt for the Region 1 VHF manager's handbook. It's out 
there somewhere but I'm afraid I don't have time to track it down 
at the moment.

The 50MHz contest runs for 24hrs from 1400GMT on the first 
Saturday in July. The exchange is both calls, report, serial 
number and 6 digit locator. The IARU rules specify that the 
information must be sent in exactly that order!
