[UK-CONTEST] Individual Short Contest Callsigns

Have I missed something here? I thought the rules would be used when a new callsign is applied for - I didn't see that as affecting current ones?
If that is to be the case, then I suggest Ofcom had better think again!
It's one thing to tighten up the requirements for new applicants, a completely different thing to change the status quo for those already using an SCC, and imho completely unacceptable and very typical Government Quango!

Now I'm thinking along the lines of these requirements being unfair for the 'little' people, like me, how don't get the advantage of a SCC because we don't contest enough - makes me wonder if it's even worth entering those contests ?
