[UK-CONTEST] 59 reports on VHF

During the 50mhz trophy over the last decade and a half, we've always given
out real reports.

We've used SDV for most of that time and I think you can say we've been 'in'
the contest...

What I'm short on here is operators...

It's a contest! If you're not using contest logging software, you're not
really "in" the contest.

And if you are using contest logging software, and change the sent or
received reports from the 59(9) defaults, you're not really "in" the
contest.

It's a contest! No one cares about their report, otherwise they're not
really "in" the contest.

It's a contest! Why do contest organisers insist on redundant "reports"?
They say they cross-check them, and that's even more reason not to send
anything other than 59(9). And if everyone sends 59(9) there's nothing to
check. And if there's nothing to check, why insist on it being sent?

Can't beat a good circular argument :-)
