G5E was a 15m SOSB  Hi Unassisted.

Nice to hear 15 well open and with fairly long skip, so western Eu was less 
 bothersome. Band  open already at 0400z with  weak Chinese BC 21550/21580 
from Asia on SP, amateur sigs started up an  hour or so later  & HC8 was 
heard on LP   weakly.  Good openings both days for hours to W6 and even French 
Polly  was audible  for a while on SP around sunset in G.  Augers well  for 
T32C!   Was amused when a Baltic stn asked a Slovakian why he  thought he 
could just call cq on top of him, the unspoken answer was, of course,  his "OM 
power" secret weapon!  We have little pistols & big guns,  but what do we 
call legal 3KW stns? Maybe they need a new name, "Cannons"  perhaps?
Hope u all enjoyed urselves, only 4 weeks to the next one.
