[UK-CONTEST] CQWW signals

VK is no exception to this unfortunately.

There were a couple of VK stations that were poor - one in particular was horrendous and was not interested when it was reported to him by one of the VK4KW team.

Being a multi-op station at VK4KW, we are very aware of dodgy signals and the effect upon others as it can cause inter-station hassles if nowt else. We make a check prior to every contest with someone using a mobile rig in a car and moving away from the station by 500m or so and seeing how wide each band signal is. It's such a simple thing to do, but it might not be common practise of course....

I worked a station from Asia on 15m and gave him a 39 report as his audio and bandwidth was horrendous......
