[UK-CONTEST] 2011 UKAC multipliers

There appears to be a slight misunderstanding about the scoring of the 
UKAC in 2011.

You gain points at 1 point/km by working any station

You only gain multipliers by working UK stations

BTW, in this context (as is clearly stated in the VHF General Rules), UK 
stations are stations in G, GW, GM, GI, GD, GU and GJ
