Well the JIDX CW contest was a struggle at the weekend too - not much
activity (I was on 20m only) and on Sunday the Gagarin contest filled the
band with signals. I eventually gave up on JIDX and worked a bunch of
Gagarin stations at a far greater rate.

Sprint format is an acquired taste, which I don't think I'll ever acquire.
Sprint enthusiasts will tell you that it requires a different skill set - I
disagree - it's more like extended S&P and against a contester's natural 
instincts to give up a frequency  ;-)
