[UK-CONTEST] DUMP PSK use AMTOR

Better to use one of the proprietary interfaces like rigblaster / 
microham with inbuilt sound card which is far superior to any of the 
commonly available sounds cards from PC World or similar.   You will 
find them much better on decode.
