Puzzled why the much faster PSK 65 is not used more often.

The very few DXpeditions that have used that mode in preference to PSK 31
have at least doubled their rate of QSOs; so this aspect should appeal to
contesters too - especially the mixed digi CCs!  Admittedly it occupies a
wider bandwidth than 31 but its still less than RTTY.
