[UK-CONTEST] IOTA database?

Hi Gang,
During the IOTA contest at least a dozen stations asked me to clarify my 
island as their logging programs showed me on EU-120. I was on the IOW 
in 05 and 07 as G0TSM/P so I expect the database they are referring to 
is tied to a logging program. Anyone know anything about this 
'database'? I guess next time I operate from the IOW as G0TSM/P it will 
show me as on EU-005.
