[UK-CONTEST] Changes to the CC and the Sprint for 2012

I really like the idea of using the 3 modes during the Sprint. No need 
to define 30 minute periods, allow freedom to make your own choice.  The 
extra tactical decisions would bring a new dimension to Sprinting. 
Unless something is done I can't see myself bothering with them again.

As for January CC, the decision has been made. In 2006-8 there was no 
January round. As far as I know the World didn't come to an end. I would 
have thought the AFS events were enough 80m UK Contesting for one month 
- certainly my XYL thinks so.

Last point (thread-creep) - why are the HFCC persisting with incuding EU 
Sprints in their Championship. It is quite obvious they are not well 
supported by UK Stations. It is not up to RSGB to drum up support for 
other folk's events.
