Hence the idea of having single mode entry categories in the same contest.
This allows for those who cannot or do not want to do multimode to do a
single mode entry.

I have been following the many ideas and have to say that, personally, I
don't like the idea of mixed modes.  It has been described as "manic" and I
think that sums it up.  For some one like me, where age has taken its toll,
there is a limit to my dexterity both manually and mentally!!  Let's give
the sixty minute idea with 8 sessions a try in 2012 and see what that
produces.  As someone has pointed out, the number of entries has been
reguarly rising but I suspect it will fall if it all becomes too
complicated.  By the way, another reason for sticking to 8 sessions is that
not all Club stations can be QRV each time so the 8 sessions offers more
chance overall of a decent Club performance.
