[UK-CONTEST] New rules for NFD

The rule says(b) Restricted Section. One antenna only which must be a single 
element having not more than two elevated supports and not exceeding 11m 
above ground at its highest point.

So what have I missed?

Most groups in the Open Section use one 22m mobile tower to support all the 
antennas

It seems that the new rules in the Restricted Section allow the same so I do 
not see the point in retaining this category
