[UK-CONTEST] Unnecessary 80m CC rule tweaking?

Could I highlight a couple of points that seem to have been lost in the 
"noise".....

1. No-one has been excluded from participating. If you enter your Club in 
the "General" section, you will be taking part EXACTLY the same as you were 
last year, with no distance limit.

2. The distance limit is 35km, or your nearest Club (whichever is greater). 
If your most local club is 50km away, you are fine.
