[UK-CONTEST] CQ'ing in BERU

Hi

What's the most effective way to call CQ in BERU to deter non 
Commonwealth callers, or for that matter to indicate you don't want a 
non BERU caller.  Do I call "CQ BERU" or CQ "CC" and "SRI BERU only".  
or is just best to just work them and ignore them in the log?  As you 
might guess it's not a contest I have much experience of.
