I have just what your talking about a run of cables from the tower to  
shack.Its a bunch of all sorts from heliax To control cable.  I use plastic  
cable ties and have had no problem. Yes you can get brake down from UV. However 
 being a typical amateur every few years you change something and therefore 
the  UV problem never occurs! I would not use metal ones with a tool as 
there is a  good chance you can over tighten them and damage cables
