[UK-CONTEST] Ending Times

Why worry about it at all. I enter a log at the end of each contest I 
take part in and always lose points somewhere in the adjudicating, no on 
ever tells me where I lost these points, so to lose another one for 
reasons unexplained to me at the time of the adjudicating will make no 
difference.

What I find more unfair is
1.stations warming up for hours .......BECAUSE THE RULES ALLOW THEN TO.
2. Stations with huge signals running for the duration of the  
contest......BECAUSE THE RULES ALLOW THEM TO.
3. Dedicated contest groups with members all over the country/continent 
entering a CLUB championship......BECAUSE THE RULES ALLOW THEM TO.
