No, because it's not either-or. Even the biggest run stations need to know
how to S+P, and equally importantly, when to S+P. On the other side, you
may feel you're a 'little pistol' but there are times in some contests
when you'll be able to run. There are 10w stations that run successfully
for at least part of the 80m CC events.
