I reckon 1x1 contest calls are now familiar enough, but G3R G4S G0T etc leave you wondering if there is more to come; M4B, M8A, G1T etc do not.

  Every time I tuned over you Mike I instinctively hesitated after you 
  sent the 'P' to see if another letter would follow it. After all it 
  might have been G3PQA pinning my S-meter. Though I know John rarely 
  does contests.
