Hi John,
This has been going on for a while now, dare I suggest since the upsurge in
UKAC numbers. However what amazes me is that these operators haven't found
out before hand what to expect or what is expected. A few minutes listening
to a "big" station on a run would plainly show what was needed.
As for HFers coming up to VHF, I'd have thought you would be hard pressed to
get anything other than 59 out of them. :0)
