[UK-CONTEST] VHF NFD Contest Exchange

This was my first "dabble" with VHF/UHF contesting (only a checklog this 
time).

Not knowing the form of the exchange, I went S&P and took my lead from those 
I worked.

Unfortunately many of my early QSO went along the lines of "thanks for 55 
001 in Italy Oscar 9 1 Italy Kilo" etc etc.

Consequently, I may have been one of those giving superfluous info.

That said, I was quite lonely on top of my local hill and once I found 
someone to talk to, I didn't want them to leave!
