I agree the amount of points lost was a bit of a shock on getting a UBN
report back from a UKAC recently.

So as a fixed-sweeper (sounds a bit 'council yard really!) station I only
repeated the data back  to stations where there was QRM or QRN or QSB and I
wanted to be sure.  I figure the other station would really want to be sure
too.

I usually feel the weight of the rules on what the exchange must be and try
to follow them as quickly as poss  - doing the EU Sprint with their required
exchange helps that habit.
