My initial (and personal) thoughts are that to have any chance of winning,
each club would need to have EVERY member in the same category. Yes?
With the emphasis on introducing new members to contesting (and these are
likely to be Foundation or Intermediate licence holders), most clubs will be
forced into the 10W section will they not?
If any club entered ONLY the 100W section, this would immediately alienate
any new licensees and this is not what the series of contests were designed
for. I suspect that many of the more serious clubs would do just this, to
the exclusion of new ops.
I wonder what your reasoning for the proposal is?
