[UK-CONTEST] RadCom letters

If she doesn't print them, it's because they don't like the content, flooding them just means more work for the editor and us unpopular with RadCom staff! imho
By all means write a few letters expressing contesters side of things, maybe even write an article about what it takes to be a contester (but don't frighten off newcomers).
