I totally agree with you John. The CC has encouraged me to try modes I
wouldn't normally use - SSB, RTTY and PSK. I was stuck on CW for over 50
years but am now happy with the other modes. Maybe SSTV should be used -
I've never tried that mode. I think it's those who don't want to advance
their technical knowledge beyond the basic modes that are shouting loudest.
