The answer is no and has been for a number of years.
There is no VHF Awards Committee and in fact the only person dealing with
RSGB awards these days is John G3LZQ who took over as Awards Manager when we
combined the HF and VHF/UHF roles a few years ago. The previous VHF awards
manager did accept eQSL but this was done without consultation with other
interested parties. Thus the information on the eQSL site is out of date.
