In line with the comments elsewhere on this reflector, I would agree.
In fact I would request that RBN and skimmer are only allowed in the
Open section.

I keep requesting that, it seems to fall on deaf ears...
(at the moment with only two ageing CW ops and a reduced enthusiasm for
overnight camping affairs, we are unable to participate in NFD at
Bracknell. We all would like that to change but it seems impossible to
get our younger members interested in CW contests).
