[UK-CONTEST] Was NFD originally an emergency capability test?

Guys,

The rules about a second receiver state clearly whether a second 
receiver is allowed or not (imho).  They do not say that you have to 
use the SAME second receiver all of the time. Providing only one second 
receiver is in use at any one time, then I take it that changing from 
one second receiver (Normal radio) to a different second recceiver (SDR 
with Skimmer) would be permitted.
