[UK-CONTEST] Was NFD originally an emergency capability test?

Not so I think, !!
I've not the rules in front of me but I think you cannot have extra receivers in the shack ready for action.
You can have them for standby with no physical connect ie, under the bench but not in- line so you switch from one to the other!!
I stand corrected if this is not so!!
