[UK-CONTEST] SCC calls in BARTG sprints

Hi Roger et al
BARTG RTTY seems to indicate that ALL BARTG RTTY events are listed under one heading.
But as BARTG RTTY sprints are only 4hrs duration they are not classified as a major contest.
Another point is the sprints are now ! built in to RSGB HFC and count for points.
Using Scc's in this contest when all other RSGB contests exclude scc's would put other op's at a possible disadvantage and be unfair!
Would be good to get this cleared up, asap.
