[UK-CONTEST] Long shot - Logbook?

I have now got one of these logbooks with the possibility of another on the way.

A couple of people suggested rolling my own and it's true that it's simple enough to print out the sheets but without the grey cover with the RSGB logo and the Icom advert on the back and bound, it's really not the same.  Having said that, Roger - I would appreciate it if you can send me the Word files you have please.
